Last updated: May 8, 2025
At WhoLogin, we are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it. If you have any questions or concerns about this policy, or our practices with regards to your personal information, please contact us at privacy@whologin.com.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of data:
- Account Information: Email address, password (hashed), and profile preferences (such as language or theme settings).
- Service Usage Data: IP address (when you access our website or services, distinct from IPs used within your antidetect profiles), browser type, operating system, access timestamps, and crash logs. This data helps us maintain and improve our service.
- Technical Information for Software Operation: Anonymized device identifier and basic hardware specifications (e.g., OS version) of the device running our client software. This is collected solely for licensing, software compatibility, support, and abuse prevention. This information is entirely separate from any spoofed hardware or device characteristics you configure within your antidetect browser profiles.
- Cookies and Analytics: We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may also use anonymous analytics via services like Google Analytics (optional, and you can opt-out) to understand service usage and improve user experience.
Important Note on Browser Fingerprint Profiles:
Browser fingerprint profiles that you generate and manage using our antidetect software features are never transmitted to, stored by, or accessed by WhoLogin. They remain fully encrypted and local to your device, under your sole control.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data for the following purposes:
- To provide, operate, and maintain our platform and services.
- To improve the functionality, security, and user experience of our services.
- To respond to your customer service requests and support needs.
- To send occasional product updates, security alerts, or important account notifications (you can opt-out of non-essential communications).
- To prevent fraud and abuse of our services.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party advertisers.
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies primarily for essential functions like authentication and session management. For analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), usage is optional and aims to help us improve our service. You can typically disable or manage cookies through your browser settings, though doing so may affect the functionality of some parts of our service.
4. Data Security
We implement robust security measures designed to protect your personal information. This includes encryption of sensitive data both in transit (e.g., using TLS/SSL) and at rest. Access to your personal data is strictly limited to authorized personnel who require it to perform their job duties and are bound by confidentiality obligations. We regularly review our security practices.
5. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- The right to access, correct, or update your account information through your dashboard.

To exercise these rights, please contact us or use the tools provided in your account settings.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as it is necessary to provide you with our services, fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by applicable law (e.g., for tax or accounting purposes). You may request to delete your account at any time, after which your personal data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with our data retention policies, unless legally required to retain it.
7. Third-Party Services
We may share limited data with trusted third-party service providers to perform functions on our behalf. These include:
- Payment Processors (e.g., Stripe): To securely process your payments. We do not store your full credit card details.
- Analytics Providers (e.g., Google Analytics): For anonymous usage insights to improve our services.
These services are contractually obligated to protect your data and are compliant with global privacy standards (like GDPR or CCPA, where applicable). We only share the minimum information necessary for them to perform their specific services.
