By purchasing any product or service from WhoLogin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy and our Terms of Service.

1. General Conditions for Refunds

We offer refunds for your purchase if your case meets one of the following conditions, and the request is made within 7 days of the original purchase date:

  • Major Product Disruptions or Non-Functionality: If the core advertised functionalities of the purchased product are verifiably non-functional or experience significant, prolonged disruptions that prevent its intended use, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours from the time you report it to us.
  • Billing Errors: If you have been incorrectly billed due to a technical error on our part (e.g., charged twice for the same purchase).
  • Non-Delivery or Non-Activation: If, after a successful payment, you do not receive access to the purchased product or your license is not activated as promised, and we fail to rectify this within 48 hours of your notification.

2. Situations Where Refunds Are Generally Not Provided

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Change of Mind or Dissatisfaction After Evaluation: If you simply decide you no longer want or need the product after purchase. We provide a comprehensive free plan (if applicable) and/or detailed product descriptions, allowing you to thoroughly evaluate our offerings before purchasing.
  • Failure to Use the Product: If you purchased a license but did not actively use the product.
  • Misunderstanding of Features Clearly Described or Demonstrable: If the product functions as described, but you misunderstood its capabilities or it does not meet specific niche needs not explicitly advertised. Our support team is available to answer pre-sales questions.
  • Violation of Terms of Service: If your access or license is revoked or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Issues with Third-Party Components: We are not responsible for issues arising solely from third-party proxies, VPNs, or other external services you choose to integrate.
  • Requests Made After 7 days from the Original Purchase Date: As stated in Section 1, refund requests for initial purchases must generally be made within this window and meet the specified conditions.
  • Future Changes in Technology or Platform Support (for Lifetime Licenses): Our lifetime licenses grant access to the product as it exists and is supported by us for its reasonable operational lifespan. While we strive to maintain and update our product, we cannot guarantee indefinite compatibility or functionality against all future technological advancements, operating system updates, or significant changes in third-party platform detection methods that are beyond our reasonable control. Major version upgrades or fundamentally new products may not always be included in a past lifetime license.
  • Promotional or Discounted Purchases: May be subject to specific terms outlined at the time of promotion, or may only be refundable for the discounted amount paid.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@whologin.com within 7 days of your original purchase, providing the following information:

  • Your registered email address for your WhoLogin account.
  • The transaction ID, invoice number, or proof of purchase.
  • A clear explanation of why you are requesting a refund, referencing the conditions in Section 1.
  • Any relevant supporting evidence.

We will review your request within 5-7 business days and notify you of our decision.

4. Refund Processing

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear.
  • Non-refundable transaction fees or taxes may be deducted where applicable and permissible by law.
  • Upon a successful refund, your license and access to the purchased product features will be revoked.

5. Policy Changes

WhoLogin reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy. Changes are effective upon posting. For purchases made prior to a change, the policy in effect at the time of your purchase will generally apply to refund requests for that specific purchase.
