Last updated: May 8, 2025
Welcome to WhoLogin! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WhoLogin website, software, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service") provided by WhoLogin (referred to herein as "WhoLogin", "we", "us", or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, making a purchase, or by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms when this option is made available to you, you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or associated policies, you must not access or use the Service.
1. Description of Service
WhoLogin provides an antidetect browser designed to help users manage multiple online accounts, enhance online privacy, and conduct activities requiring distinct browser fingerprints. The Service includes the WhoLogin software, associated documentation, updates, and support services as may be offered. Currently, the Service is primarily offered via one-time purchases for lifetime access/licenses, though other purchasing models may be introduced in the future.
2. User Accounts
- Registration: To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed.
- Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities under your account. Notify WhoLogin (via support@whologin.com) immediately of any unauthorized use. WhoLogin is not liable for losses caused by your failure to maintain account security.
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract with WhoLogin.
3. Acceptable Use and User Conduct
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for all your activity in connection with the Service. You specifically agree not to, and not to permit others to:
- Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose, violating any applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringe upon or violate the rights of others (intellectual property, privacy, etc.).
- Transmit spam, unsolicited messages, phishing, malware, or other malicious content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Use the Service in a manner that could disable, overburden, or impair it.
- Violate the terms of service of any third-party website or platform accessed through the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with third-party policies.

WhoLogin is a tool, and you are responsible for its ethical and legal use. WhoLogin reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination, for suspected violations.
4. Purchases, Fees, and Payment
Certain features or versions of the Service may require a purchase ("Paid Services").
- One-Time Purchases (e.g., Lifetime Licenses): Currently, WhoLogin primarily offers Paid Services via one-time payments for lifetime access/licenses. The specific features and terms of such licenses will be described at the point of purchase.
- Future Subscription Services: WhoLogin may, in the future, offer Paid Services on a recurring subscription basis. If such services are introduced, specific terms regarding billing, automatic renewal, cancellation, and price changes for subscriptions will be detailed in these Terms (or an updated version thereof) and will apply to those subscription services.
- Payment: You agree to pay all applicable fees for any Paid Services you purchase, along with any relevant taxes. WhoLoginmay use a third-party payment processor, and your payment will also be subject to their terms and privacy policies.
- Accuracy of Billing Information: You must provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.
- Refunds: All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy or as required by applicable law.
5. Software License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, WhoLogin grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the WhoLogin software solely for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with the terms of your purchase (e.g., a lifetime license for the purchased version/features).
You agree not to:
- Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the software.
- Rent, lease, sell, assign, or otherwise transfer rights in the software.
- Remove or obscure any proprietary notices on the software.
- Use the software for any purpose other than its intended use as part of the Service.
For "lifetime" licenses, "lifetime" refers to the reasonable operational lifespan of the purchased software version and features as supported by WhoLogin. This does not necessarily imply indefinite support or updates for all future technological changes, operating system updates, or new product versions not contemplated at the time of purchase. Major version upgrades or fundamentally new products may be offered separately.

These Terms grant you a limited license to use the Service as permitted herein, not a transfer of ownership.
